Knowledge Sharing in Prague

In April, our CRM Director [Warren O’Reilly] and Director – Online and ISV [Graham Davis] attended the Extreme 2011 CRM premier partner event in Prague. This event focused exclusively on Microsoft Dynamics CRM and is dedicated to advancing best practices and strategies for Microsoft Dynamics CRM organizations.

They attended powerful discussion forums with the likes of Roberto Nocera [MVP – Avanade] who spoke on CRM Implementation Best Practices & Upgrade Scenarios, and had the opportunity to meet with influential people such as Benoit de la Tour [Vice President Dynamics EMEA, Microsoft] and David Brown [Microsoft].

Warren quoted the trip to be “…a phenomenal learning and sharing experience” and brought back with him the awe of seeing a city like Prague, as well as valuable knowledge and insight into global best practices, CRM trends and technical implementation tracks. The event was also a platform for IMMIX directors to form stronger relationships with our partners with people like Lou Guercia [CEO, Scribe], Lynne Harrington [EMEA Director, Scribe] and Tony Cannizzo [ClickDimensions].

They look forward to sharing their newly found knowledge and tips with their IMMIX teams and showing you [our CRM customers] the valuable results.

Enough about business, they took the time to tour the city [with their own personal guide – Radovan Tritelek, CRM Tech Microsoft] and took in the beauty of the handcrafted churches, cobblestone pavements and why the trams had flicker lights [indicators]! Warren, our avid photographer took over 1100 photos in ONE day!
