IMMIX Solutions’ (Pty) Ltd, specialists in the design and delivery of integrated business solutions, SharePoint practice celebrates its first financial year. The company has been designing, developing and implementing solutions based on Microsoft SharePoint and K2 (www.k2.com), to a number of customers, enabling them to collaborate with their teams and automate critical business processes. IMMIX have also achieved Microsoft’s Silver Portal & Collaboration Competency and are on track to achieve Gold status in the upcoming financial year.
The IMMIX SharePoint practice has successfully serviced in excess of 10 customers in its first financial year unlocking immediate value with its project approach of short, focussed delivery cycles. Customers (such as Pilot Crushtec, Fintech and many more) have enjoyed the benefits of dealing with a dynamic team that is able to adapt to the ever changing business requirements. IT Specialist at Pilot Crushtec, Trevor says “Phase 1 of our SharePoint Project encompassed the migration from WSS3 to SharePoint 2010. Now that we have successfully completed that, Phase 2, process automation through K2, kicks in. IMMIX are our partners of choice and we could not have chosen better. The practice, led by Francois Pienaar under close mentorship of Andre Pearce, has grown significantly not only in revenue, but also in delivery capacity. This growth has enabled IMMIX to take on a larger amount of customers without sacrificing service excellence. IMMIX’s project approach allows them to be very accurate in terms of solution costing and timeframe estimation.
