IMMIX Network Solutions are divided into two divisions:

• Professional Services – Step two of the Evolution Lifecycle
• Support Services – Step three of the Evolution Lifecycle
  
  

Each division works closely with the other to ensure continuity in all engagement. Each interaction with an infrastructure is closely recorded and documented and all processes are managed according to a defined methodology. All engineers as well as customers, have access to relevant site documentation for accurate referencing.
