Having a Service Level Agreement in place serves to set the correct expectations and enables both the customer and IMMIX the ability to measure ourselves against something tangible.  They are customised as per your requirements.

The Service Level Agreements can be used for our Outsourcing models or just to for peace of mind IT where we provide prepaid for and guaranteed on-call services.
